Now in its fourth generation, the Heel family runs the hotel with heartfelt dedication, experience, and genuine passion. Each family member contributes their own strengths – together, they create a place where warmth and quality can truly be felt.

Senior manager Franziska lovingly designs the décor and floral arrangements throughout the house. Her husband Hans always has an open ear for guests and proudly shares the history of the hotel.

Their son Michael, a certified chef, brings a wealth of experience and exceptional organizational talent that is felt throughout the entire house. With creative cuisine made from the finest regional ingredients, he delights guests day after day.

His brother Thomas is your contact for the Michlhof event venue, which he manages with professional enthusiasm. He also ensures smooth operations throughout the hotel. Together, the two brothers lead the family business.

Their partners, Renate and Lisa, are essential pillars of the operation. They oversee the reception and restaurant, ensure room quality, and are responsible for marketing and coordinating the hotel’s 60-member team.

And the fifth generation is already joining in with great enthusiasm – the children of the family are becoming more and more involved in daily hotel life.

Together, they give their very best every day – with genuine warmth, living tradition and a strong sense of family that you can truly feel.
